About Us

Welcome to LIILIILEA!

 The name LIILIILEA means "Liilii (little)" and "Lea (happy)" in Hawaiian, with the hope that "one dress can make someone's day a little happier. The "rudder" mark in the logo is also a reference to Hawaii, which is surrounded by the ocean.

 LIILIILEA started out selling Hawaiian fashion in Honolulu in 2010. After that, we became fascinated with hula dresses and started making them. In the future, I would like to continue to make costumes that are not limited to hula, but can be enjoyed by many people.

 We also do custom orders for our dresses, where you can choose the fabric and style you want and have it made from scratch. Whether you are looking for an outfit for a group of people or for something special for yourself, we can help.

User Guide

1. How to Order

① Select the item you want to buy, select the size and quantity, and click "Order" to add it to your cart.

② Once everything is in your cart, click "Buy".

③ Enter your name, payment method, and other necessary information to complete your order.

④ Once your order is confirmed, you will receive an order confirmation email (if you do not receive an order confirmation email within 24 hours, please check your spam folder or email settings, or contact us immediately).

⑤ If you do not receive an order email after 24 hours, please check your spam folder or email inbox settings or contact us immediately. It will take about 1 week to 10 days to arrive at your door. If there is an item that is not in stock, we will contact you immediately via email to discuss it.

⑥ After shipping, we will email you the tracking number.

2. Shipping

① Shipping is $9.00 within the U.S.  If your order is $160 or more, shipping is free.

② It takes an average of 1 week from the time you place an order.

③ Items will be shipped by USPS.
④ All packages have a tracking number and a tracking system is available.

4. Return

① Contact us by email. We will inform you of the return address.

② Please pack the items you want to return and mail them to us.

③ As soon as the item arrives at our store and we confirm that there is no damage, we will refund the price of the item.

④ SALE items, musical instruments, accessories, items that have been used once, items that have been corrected or washed by you, items that have been damaged, items that have been scented with cigarettes or perfume, etc. are not eligible for return or exchange even if they are new.

5. How to order your original Hula dress

① Please let us know the item number of the style of dress you like from the product category "Hula Dresses". We can also make hula skirts in your choice of fabric and length.
② Please select your favorite color and pattern from the poly-cotton fabrics of "Hawaiian Fabrics". Some patterns may not be available for certain dresses, so we will make suggestions on a case-by-case basis.
③ After the style and fabric of the dress you want is decided, we will also decide the details of the dress such as length, ruffles, shoulder strap ribbons, etc., which can be customized according to your wishes.
④ Decide on the size and number of dresses to be ordered. You can order from one dress.
⑤ Confirm the price of the dress. Basically, the price of the dress includes the production cost and the cost of the fabric, so there is no additional cost. However, if there are options such as more ruffles, we will provide an estimate of the cost.
⑥ Once everything has been decided, you will place a semi-custom order.
⑦ After confirming the delivery date and other details, we will begin production. We will inform you of the details of the schedule in advance, such as the scheduled completion date.
⑧ As soon as the product is completed, it will be shipped immediately.

6. Business Days

① You can shop online 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

② Please note that there may be a delay in replying due to time differences.

7. Caution

① Please do not use any product if you are allergic to any material.

② All products should be used in accordance with the correct dosage.
③ For families with small children, please be careful not to get the cord or hem of the clothes caught.  

④ Some products may melt or be damaged if used in a car in the middle of summer or in places with high temperatures. Please refrain from using the product in such a place.
⑤ If you experience any physical problems while using the product, please stop using it immediately.
