ALOHA!
LIILILEA means "Liilii (small)" and "Lea (happiness)" in Hawaiian.
The name reflects the wish that "one dress can make someone's day a little happier.
The "rudder" mark in the logo is also a reference to the ocean and Hawaii.
We started as an online apparel store in Honolulu in 2010.
Later, we became fascinated with hula dance dresses and started making original muumuus.
We have shipped over 13,500 orders to the US and
Japan, Guam, Tahiti, Europe, South Korea , Canada and Australia.

1. How to Order
① Select the item you want to buy, select the size and quantity, and click "Order" to
add it to your cart.
② Once everything is in your cart, click "Buy".
③ Enter your name, payment method, and other necessary information to complete your order.

④ Once your order is confirmed, you will receive an order confirmation email (if you do not receive an order confirmation email within 24 hours, please check your spam folder or email settings, or contact us immediately).
⑤ If you do not receive an order email after 24 hours, please check your spam folder or email inbox settings or contact us immediately. It will take about 1 week to 10 days to arrive at your door. If there is an item that is not in stock, we will contact you immediately via email to discuss it.
⑥ After shipping, we will email you the tracking number.
2. Shipping & Customs
①Shipping charges are $15 in the U.S. (Free shipping over $29). For international shipments, shipping costs vary by weight for each country.
② Items will be shipped by USPS. All packages have a tracking number and a tracking system is available.
③ Orders from outside the U.S. may be subject to customs duties and VAT (EU). In that case, please pay by the customer.
④During the Christmas and New Year's holiday season, delivery will take longer than usual. Also, delivery may not be possible due to weather conditions or international situations.
⑤Orders from the state of Hawaii will be subject to an additional sales tax.
⑥If you cannot select your country in the destination address, we cannot do business with you because we are currently discontinuing delivery to that country.
⑦All procedures related to the customer's import/export are the responsibility of the customer, and we are not responsible for and cannot refund shipping charges.
(e.g., omission of customer's address entry, loss of package after delivery is completed, etc.)

4. Returns ＆ Exchanges
① Contact us by email. We will inform you of the return address.
② Please pack the items you want to return and mail them to us.
③ As soon as the item arrives at our store and we confirm that there is no damage, we will refund the price of the item.
④ SALE items, musical instruments, accessories, items that have been used once, items that have been corrected or washed by you, items that have been damaged, items that have been scented with cigarettes or perfume, etc. are not eligible for return or exchange even if they are new.
⑤If an item is returned for the customer's convenience, only the product price will be refunded. Shipping charges for shipping the product from our store and return shipping charges from the customer will not be included in the refund amount.
⑥For the second and subsequent exchanges, we will charge the actual shipping cost from our store.

Please choose your dress size based on your body measurements plus a little extra room.

② All products should be used in accordance with the correct dosage.
